Established in 1935, Houzaimen Primary School in Xincheng District, Xi'an, was formerly known as Beixinjie Primary School. After the founding of the PRC, it was renamed Houzaimen Primary School. Adjacent to the renowned Eighth Route Army Office in Xi'an, the school covers an area of 10,495 square meters with a construction area of over 6,000 square meters. Currently, it has 20 classes and more than 2,500 students. Lien Chan, former Chairman of the Kuomintang Party, once studied here.
