Cuihua Road Primary School was founded in 1960 and is renowned for its leading teaching quality in Yanta District. Located at No. 371 Cuihua Road, Yanta District, it is a member of the "Prestigious School +" network, including its Changda Campus (Cuihua Road Primary School Chang'an University Campus) and Hailiang Xinyingli Branch (Yanta No. 2 Primary School, a branch of Cuihua Road Primary School). On August 13, 2009, Cuihua Road Primary School of Yanta District, Xi'an, was selected into the Second Batch of National Model Schools for Language Standardization. In November 2020, it was included in the Second National List of Civilized Campuses.
Currently, Cuihua Road Primary School has 85 teaching and administrative staff members, including 77 full-time teachers. The average age of the faculty is 39. Devoted to the education cause, the teachers are dedicated to their work, caring for students, and upholding excellent professional ethics. They serve as role models, possess sound educational philosophies, innovative mindsets, solid professional knowledge, and consciously implement quality-oriented education, while maintaining physical and mental well-being. All full-time teachers have achieved a Putonghua (Mandarin) proficiency level of Grade B or above (the second level) and consistently use Putonghua as the language of instruction. Every teacher holds a computer qualification certificate; 80% are proficient in using multimedia tools, over 60% can independently design multimedia courseware, and more than 12% can create original multimedia courseware. Additionally, 32 teachers have won first, second, or third prizes in district-level courseware creation competitions.
