Arrive in Xi'an, where your guide and driver will meet you and transfer you to Xi'an International Studies University. Complete program registration and accommodation check-in, and attend a brief orientation to understand the schedule and precautions for the study tour.

Take a guided tour of the campus, visiting the language classrooms, the cultural experience center, the library and the international student dormitories, so you become familiar with your study and living environment during the program.

Evening — Welcome Dinner

Morning — Opening Ceremony & First Chinese Class
Attend the official opening ceremony with program introduction, safety briefing, and team formation. Then take your first Chinese course, focusing on daily greetings, pronunciation, and basic vocabulary to build confidence for everyday communication.

Afternoon — Campus Exchange with XISU Students
Join exchange activities with students from Xi'an International Studies University (XISU), a public university in Xi'an specializing in foreign languages and international studies. Practice Chinese through interactive games and topic discussions to strengthen cross-cultural communication.

Evening — Free Time
Enjoy free time to rest, sort out personal items, and adapt to the local schedule and living rhythm.

Morning — Chinese Conversation Practice
Focus on daily conversation and situational dialogue through role-play and group practice, building practical communication ability for life in China.

Afternoon — Hulusi & Xi'an Museum
Learn to play the hulusi, a traditional Chinese gourd flute, under professional guidance and experience the gentle sound of this folk instrument. Then visit the Xi'an Museum, home to over 130,000 artifacts, and the adjacent Small Wild Goose Pagoda — built in 707–709 AD during the Tang Dynasty — to appreciate ancient relics and architecture.

Continue your Chinese course with listening and speaking training, learning history- and culture-related vocabulary that prepares you for the afternoon's museum visit.

Afternoon — Terracotta Warriors & Clay Sculpture
Visit the Terracotta Army Museum, where more than 8,000 life-sized warriors were buried to guard the tomb of Emperor Qin Shi Huang (221–206 BC) and were uncovered by farmers in 1974. Listen to your guide's explanation of Qin Dynasty history and military craftsmanship, then try traditional clay sculpture to model your own small figure after the terracotta warriors.

Join a hand-painted fan workshop and create your own personalized fan artwork under the guidance of professional teachers, learning traditional brush-painting techniques. Then visit the Xi'an City Wall — the most complete and best-preserved ancient city fortification in China, built in 1370 and stretching 13.7 km — and walk along the top to feel the layers of urban history.

Continue your intensive Chinese course by reviewing key vocabulary and grammar points, then learn the basics of Chinese calligraphy (shufa). Under your teacher's guidance, practice holding the brush and writing fundamental strokes to appreciate the artistry of Chinese characters.

Afternoon — Shuyuanmen Street & Muslim Quarter
Explore Shuyuanmen Cultural Street, known for its brush-and-ink shops and traditional stationery, then head to the Muslim Quarter, Xi'an's famous halal food and craft lane near the Great Mosque. Taste authentic local snacks, browse traditional handicraft shops, and experience the folk-custom culture where Hui Muslim and Han traditions meet.

Practice situational Chinese dialogues focused on business and daily communication, building the vocabulary and confidence you will need for the afternoon's enterprise visit. Activities include role-play of introductions, negotiations and trade conversations.

Afternoon — Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprise Visit
Visit a local cross-border e-commerce company to see how Chinese online trade operates, from warehousing and logistics to international marketing. Interact with staff and learn how such firms connect Chinese products with overseas buyers and support international trade cooperation.

Evening — Xiaozhai Cultural & Commercial Zone
Explore the Xiaozhai area, one of Xi'an's lively commercial and entertainment districts, to experience the modern vitality of the city and the blend of tradition and contemporary life through its shops, cafés and streets.

Morning — Chinese Final Review
Hold an intensive review of the Chinese knowledge covered over the previous eight days, with simulation tests and question-and-answer sessions to prepare you for the upcoming final exam. Your teacher will address common mistakes and reinforce key vocabulary and grammar.

Afternoon — Hanfu, Big Wild Goose Pagoda & Datang Everbright City
Try on a traditional Hanfu (Chinese costume) and visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a Buddhist pagoda first built in 652 AD by Emperor Gaozong to house sutras brought from India by the monk Xuanzang; at 64 meters and seven stories, it is a landmark of Tang Dynasty Chang'an. Then stroll Datang Everbright City, a 2.1-kilometer pedestrian boulevard running south from the pagoda and themed on the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty, with light installations, sculptures and street performances.

Evening — Datang Everbright City by Night
Enjoy the spectacular night view of Datang Everbright City after dark, when the boulevard is illuminated and filled with street performances and costumed performers, letting you experience the bustle of Tang-style culture at night.

Morning — Chinese Final Exam & Review
Take the Chinese final exam to assess the progress you have made across the 10-day program, then review and discuss your learning experience with your teachers and classmates. The exam covers the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills built up during the course.

Afternoon — Closing Ceremony
Attend the closing ceremony, receive your completion certificate, and take group photos with teachers and fellow participants. Share your favorite memories and reflections from the 10-day study tour.

Evening — Packing & Departure Preparation
Pack your luggage and prepare for tomorrow's departure, with your guide on hand to confirm transfer arrangements.

Your guide and driver will assist with your luggage and transfer you by private vehicle to Xi'an Xianyang International Airport. At the airport, your guide helps with check-in procedures so you are ready for your flight home.
