A two-day corporate programme for buyers and procurement teams. Day one covers the trade district, the fair and how sourcing agents and inspection firms work; day two visits a supplier or factory and covers contracts, payment terms and company set-up. Appointments are arranged around your product categories.
Morning - Pazhou and the Canton Fair complex
The China Import and Export Fair, known as the Canton Fair, has run in Guangzhou since 1957 and is held twice a year in spring and autumn. Its exhibition complex at Pazhou is among the largest in the world by floor area. Your host walks you through the district and explains how the fair is organised by phase and product category, and what it takes to exhibit.
Late morning - The sourcing ecosystem
Guangzhou's advantage is not only the fair: the province around it manufactures clothing, electronics, furniture, lighting and hardware, and the city's trading companies, freight forwarders and inspection firms exist to move those goods to foreign buyers. A briefing covers how sourcing agents, quality inspection and shipping typically fit together.
Lunch

Afternoon - Company visit and briefing
A company visit matched to your sector, followed by a briefing on the Greater Bay Area - the integration of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao - and on company set-up, incentives and recruitment in Guangzhou.
Evening - Return to the city

After check-in, receive a comprehensive orientation to the Canton Fair, including tips for navigating the exhibition halls and cultural insights for successful business negotiations.
