A one-day private food tour of Chongqing that works from snacks to hotpot. The middle of the day belongs to Ciqikou's lanes and its snack stalls; the afternoon takes in the monorail, a viewpoint and a spice market; dinner is the city's nine-grid hotpot, cooked in beef tallow. Not a walking marathon - Chongqing is steep, so the vehicle stays close.
